•Reporting to the Training Manager, you will both design and deliver training, whilst identifying additional learning and development needs within the business.

REQUIRES OF YOU:-

•You will possess a minimum of 1 years training delivery experience, ideally be part CIPD qualified (or equivalent), with a proven track record in developing excellent working relationships with both peers and colleagues.
•You will be able to think outside of the box, displaying a create and innovative approach.
•Experience within a customer service/call centre environment would be useful, but no essential.
