OFFERING YOU:-

This is a responsible and key position within one of Exeter’s major employers, and offers the opportunity to lead and motivate a small team in delivering significant business performance improvements
You will be responsible for identifying areas where inferior data quality and transactional issues have an adverse impact of the organisations operational and financial performance.
You will also lead a process review team ensuring that processes are in place to support the quality of the data produced by the organisation.

REQUIRES OF YOU:-

•You will have extensive experience of working in a role dedicated to analysing and maintaining data quality within a major business environment. 
•You must also be numerate with excellent data analysis skills and abilities.
•A sound understanding of processes which underpin the delivery of excellent customer service, and any exposure within a utilities organisation would
